REGULATION FOR RECRUITMENT

Based on the certificate of business registration of Minh Long Security Services Joint Stock Company
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 52/2008 / ND-CP of April 22, 2008, on management of security service business and Circular No. 45/2009 / TT-BCA (C11) July 2009 guiding the implementation of Decree No. 52, Pursuant to the rules of the company;
Basing themselves on the functions, tasks and powers of the director;
The Board of Directors has issued a regulation on the recruitment of security guards as follows:

Request:
Male: Age 20 to 45
High from 1.65m and weighs 55kg or more
Female: Age 18 to 35
High from 1.55m and weighs 45 kg or more

General requirements: No criminal record, no criminal record, no tattoos, no deformities – no malice, no stuttering, stuttering. Graduated from junior high school or higher. Full resume (including: 2 copies of curriculum vitae certified by the local authority, 1 medical ID card copy, 1 medical copy of household registration, 1 no criminal record, 1 copy of degree, other certificate).

Rights and obligations of employees:
Benefits: Employed employees will be:
Provide uniforms, equipment and support tools for work.
Be trained, professional training and placement.
Free accommodation when working at homestay.
Earned monthly salary as required by the company.
13th month salary bonus based on the actual work experience of the employee and the business situation of the company.
Participating in social insurance after signing official labor contract.

Duty:

Completion of personal profile (mentioned in Article 1) within one month from the date of commencement of work.
Retirement equipment, equipment and support tools (In case employees fail to return or pay inadequate uniforms, equipment and support tools, the company will deduct on the employee’s salary. Staff corresponds to the number of uniforms, equipment and non-refundable support tools).
Strictly observe the rules and regulations of the company as well as the maneuver of the higher level.

Salary and Allowance:

Employees who have decided to quit their old security service company with a profile (or have had experience in guarding) will receive official salaries in the first month of employment. Official salaries will be available after the Department of Labor moves employees to work.
